Amsterdam (May 14, 2008) -- Lavry Engineering will be represented at AES Amsterdam, showing its new LavryBlack MP10 stereo microphone preamplifier at AES Amsterdam at Stand 2524. With features like wide range digitally controlled analog gain circuitry, impedance switch, and balanced or unbalanced inputs and outputs, the MP10 offers flexibility and ease of integration into both home and studio recording environments.
According to Lavry, the sonic performance of the MP10 rivals or exceeds that of much more expensive units, and is extremely consistent over the entire gain range. Accurate matching of the two channels also makes the MP10 suitable for stereo recording applications. The housing is a "half-rack" enclosure with its own power supply, that operates on 90-264VAC 40-63Hz.
