Amsterdam, Netherlands (May 9, 2008) -- Millennia Media will be showing its HV-3R, eight-channel remote-controllable microphone preamplifier within the larger exhibition of its Netherlands-based distributor, Helios Recording & Broadcast (Stand 2202).

The HV-3R employs the same HV-3 mic preamp circuit found in their HV-3C and HV-3D units; MIDI and Ethernet are its primary remote protocols.

The HV-3R's MIDI interface allows plug-and play compatibility with Pro Tools HD systems. Its Ethernet interface, coupled with Millennia's AElogic software (Windows XP), offers a wide-range of features, including virtual metering, 10 channel link-groups, extensive scene management, channel naming and scratch-pads and instant system-wide visual data presentation. Automatic power supply voltage and temperature monitoring is included for safe remote operation, even in harsh environments. A rear-panel option slot allows future compatibility with new and existing remote protocols and digital output options. The first option that is being developed is the Millennia AD-R96 eight-channel, 96k, 24-bit AES output card.

See the Millennia website (www.mil-media.com) for a comprehensive listing of technical specifications, news, reviews, key-users, white papers, and more.
